Choose the deployment and workflow that fit your organization
Splitquest is launching with self-hosted deployment. Cloud hosting is planned. Discuss your document handling, integration, access, and AI requirements when selecting the setup.
Choose the environment
that fits your team.
Self-hosted
Run Splitquest in your own environment.
- Your infrastructure and access controls
- Your backups and recovery operations
- Software updates and agreed product support
Splitquest cloud
Managed hosting is planned for a future release.
- Hosting and operating model to be finalized
- Backup and recovery arrangements to be defined
- Availability and service terms to be confirmed
AI provider access is a separate choice from where Splitquest is installed. Review external data flows and AI usage terms during setup.
What types of files can I upload?
Splitquest supports text-based and scanned PDFs, Word documents in DOCX format, and PNG, JPEG, and TIFF images. Examples include invoices, payment documents, remittance advice, and guideline documents. Available processing options depend on the file format and the workflow you configure.
What organizational controls are available?
Splitquest includes organization-level separation, department-scoped permissions, two-factor authentication, and organization-scoped API key management. Review the configuration and access requirements for your deployment.
Can we use Splitquest without AI for core document work?
Yes. Core document operations can be configured through processing rules. AI provides additional assistance for document questions, workflow setup, and other supported tasks.
Can we send documents and data to different places?
Yes. Configure separate destinations, send both outputs together, or distribute copies to multiple destinations within the workflow.
Can recurring work run on a schedule?
Yes. Save reusable configurations and use built-in scheduling for recurring workflows.
Does Splitquest replace our accounting system?
Splitquest prepares documents, data, and approved rules for use in connected workflows. Your accounting or operational application performs the functions supported by that system and its integration.
Which systems can receive approved rules?
Splitquest supports rule creation, testing, approval, and distribution. Approved rules can be sent to connected time-entry, billing, accounting, or other compatible systems for enforcement. Aprotime is one directly integrated application. Other systems can receive rules through an integration configured for their requirements.
What can I save as a preset?
Save any operation or complete workflow you configure in Splitquest as a reusable preset. This includes splitting methods, extraction fields, naming rules, document preparation, redaction, and delivery settings. Apply the saved setup when similar work comes in.
How do we evaluate a workflow?
Start with representative documents, the required fields or rules, and the destinations that need the outputs. Include any exceptions and review steps so the demonstration reflects the work your team performs.
